The Atlantean Inn Bed and Breakfast: Reservation Information

In Case of Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival will ensure a prompt refund less a $25 credit card processing fee. Within 14 days, we will refund your deposit (less the fee) if we can re-book the room. Those who cancel the day of a reservation (or ‘no-shows’) are responsible for the entire amount of their reservation. We are unable to refund for early departures.

One-Night Stays
We are happy to accept one night stays throughout the year. However, due to scheduling difficulties that arise from such reservations, one-night stays are Non-Refundable.

Check-In/Out
Check-In time is between the hours of 4:00 and 6:00 PM. Late check-ins are never a problem. But please let us know if a later arrival works best for you. If you'll be early, please feel free to park in our car park and drop off anything you'd like. We are unable to guarantee that your room will be ready until 4:00. Please plan on checking-out by 11:00 AM.

No Smoking
No smoking in the Inn or on the grounds. A room cleaning fee will be assessed if this policy is not adhered to.

Children
The Atlantean is a quiet, adult getaway spot. For the comfort of all of our guests, young children are not appropriate.

Large Groups
In order to maintain the level of service and personal attention we believe is integral to the B&B experience, we are unable to accommodate large groups and gatherings.

Other Items of Note

• We have plenty of guest parking in our parking area on the property.
• Please feel free to use the guest phone in the butler’s pantry for local and credit card calls. We also have a Wi-Fi network available for guest use.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at this time. There are lodging facilities available that accept pets. Please contact the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce for a list.
• Atlantean Inn is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables.
